Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting VVG Inc. at hr@vvginc.com.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under Georgia law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by VVG Inc. to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Website at least 30 days prior to becoming effective. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
